The revisiens to Appendix C are for the purpase of clarifying calibration frequencies and tramability of specific etandsits utill:ed in a safeguards-s related reasurment system. Pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(c),,we have detemir.ed that these changes in Appendix C and inD au.~pfing index pages do not redu the effectiveness of the FNMC Plan and, there, fore, Comnission approval is not required prior to these changes being trade.
