Location: All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures owned, occupied by, rented to or otherwise in the care, custody or control of General Atomic Company and shown as being within the heavy black lines on General Atomic Company drawing designated PE 1000-2, a reproduced copy of which is attached hereto and a made a part hereof.

The locat.on described above is situated northwest of the junction of Genesee Avenue and U.S. Interstate 5 on Terrey Pines l'esa, San Diego, California.

This is to cert',fy that this is a true copy of the original Endorsement having the endorco.nent adoer and being made part of the Nuclear Energy Liability Policy (Facility Form) as des-ignated hereon. No Insurance is afforded heroundor.
