Inspection on December 18-22,1978 (Report No. 70-371/78-22)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced Physical Protection Inspection by regional based inspectors of the implementation of the licensee's accepted Security Plan and 10 CFR 73.50,10 CFR 73.60 and 10 CFR 73.70 relative to security organization; physical barriers; access controls; keys,1ocks, and cymbinations; detection aids; response controls; central alarm and communication system; testing and maintenance; SNM protection; records and reports; and reports of incidents.
Licensee action on previously identified noncompliance items related to security and followup on IE Circular 78-17 related to guard training records. The inspection started during regular hours and involved 45 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Resul ts : Of the thirteen areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were iden-tified.
