MM ise You are hereby notified, pursuant ~to 10 C.F.R. 52.740a, that South Carolina Electric & Gas Company will take your oral deposition commencing on Wednesday, August 9, 1978, at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until completed, at its offices at 320 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina, 29218.
The deposition will relate to contentions which were granted to Mr. Brett Allen Bursey as Intervenor in the captioned proceeding by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in its "Prehearing Conference Order" dated April 24, 1978.
A copy of that Order is appended hereto for your edification.
Your deposition will be taken with regard to your knowledge of the granted contentions--specifically, Contention A4 relating to site seismicity.
Accordingly, please bring to this deposition session all documents, including specific sections thereof, and any other matter pertinent to the granted contentions upon which you would rely to give testimony relating to the Intervenor's contentions.
