Dear Mr. Ashdown:
Thank you for your letter of November 25, 1980, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated November 13, 1980.
In accordance with the telephone conversation held with Mr. N. M. Shopenn, Radiation Specialist on December 1,1980, the corrective action you are taking on the Radiation Safety Officer is to submit an amendment application to your license; however, you are still in noncompliance with NRC requirements until the change is approved. We have no further questions at this time and we will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
