Dear Madame,
Attached is a page change to Revision 1 of GLEP -00079-R, Transportation Plan for Classified Matter, page 6, section 4.5.
Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) discussed telephonically details of the previously submitted response to the Request for Additional Information (Reference 2). In question on this phone call was RAI 7. GLE understands the request and has revised page 6 accordingly. Therefore GLE is requesting both the approval for secure burial in the NNSA Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) of classified items associated with the project in accordance with 1 OCFR95.47, and the approval to transport these items to NNSS via GLEP-00079-R, Revision 1 to the Transportation Plan with page change in accordance with 10CFR95.39(e). Attached you will find the revised page 6 of the transportation plan, revision 1. To meet project requirements we request approval by Oct 30, 2019.
