"The quality assurance and quality control requirements are established by the design specification. For pressure boundary parts, the manu-facturer as well as his suppliers shall follow the requirements of Sub-section NCA aCCO ' Quality Assur3nce' of Section III of the ASME Code.
Where acplicable, these recuirements should be supplemented by the QA requirements contained in ANSI N45.2 and the QA series daughter standards, e.g., N45.2.9, N45.2.ll, etc., and shall be followed for quality affecting activities covered by this standard."
