This r efers to the inspection conducted by Mr. fi. M. Shapenn of this of fice on Octaber 14-15, 1980, of the activities authorized by f;RC Byproduct Material License fio. 35-16164-01 and to the discussion of our findings held l'y fir. Shopenn with Messrs. Adkison, Baker and Terril on October 15, 1980.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Coiaiission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measureacnts and observations by the inspector.
