License No. 24-03548-01 Based on the inspection conducted on October 15, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
This item is an infraction.
License Condition 8.11 specifies the maximum amount of Iodine 125/131 that you may possess at any one time under this license is four (4) millicuries.
Contrary to the above, the f our (4) millicurie possession limit for Iodine 131 was exceeded on the following dates; April 27, 1979 (9.66 millicuries); May 31, 1979 (5.93 millicuries); July 12, 1979 (5.90 millicuries); August 30, 1979 (5.66 millicuries); September 14, 1979 (4.97 millicuries); and September 25, 1980 (5.50 millicuries).
