Dear Mr. Sharp:
On May 24, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Package Accession No. ML19144A244), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation doing business as Xcel Energy, provided a plant-specific evaluation to extend the reinspection interval for baffle former bolts at Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2. The May 24, 2019, letter stated that it was being provided for information and no action was requested.
This letter is to inform you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff does not require any further information related to the May 24, 2019, letter. This letter ends all NRC activities related to EPID L-2019-LNS-0008.
