REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-334 DUQUESNE LIG T COMPANY OHIO EDISON COMPANY PENNSYLVANIA POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Connission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 24 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-66 issued to Duquesne Light Company, OP.io Edison Company, and Pennsylvania Power Corr.pany (the licensees), which revised Technical Saecifications for operation of the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
The amendment is effective as of the date of 'issuancs.
The amendment deletes a license condition on steam generator water rise rate and approves the use of cuarter core flux ma s for calibration

The Commission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 51.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environmental impact appra'isal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
