Thank you for your letter dated January 21, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance identified in our letter dated January 11. 1980.
In your response letter you did not acknowledge that there were also two late submissions of Material Status Reports for SNM-247 for the period ending September 30, 1977, and the period ending March 31, 1978, in addition to the two for the period ending March 31, 1979.
Correc-tive action which you have indicated that you are implementing to cor-rect this item of noncompliance will be examined in a future inspection.
