Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with all documents in NRC's possession relating to the NRC's consideration of the licensing of the NFS-Erwin nuclear fuel facility.
This request covers the period July 1, 1979, to the date of the answer to this request.
We are especially interested in the transcripts, background information, preparation documents, etc., of the closed Commission meeting held today, January 16, on the subject of NFS-Erwin.
We also request a copy of the letter from John Deutch of DOE to Chairman Ahearne relating to that meeting.
With respect to any classified documents, or any documents referred to other agencies that are not made available to me within 10 days (e.g., due to a need for classification review), I request a record identifying the title, author, date and classification of these documents.
