Certificate of Cocipliance USA /6400/B( )F; Request for Continuation as a User Nuclear Regulatcry Co.unission letter FCTC:JEJ 71-6400 dated December 26, 1979 informed the Pittsburgh Naval Reactors Office (PNR) that the subject Certificate of Compliance expires on February 28, 1980 and informed PNR to request continuation as a user of this Certificate, if desired.
Westinghouse Electric Corporation has informed PNR that a request for renewal of this Certificate of Compliance will be submitted to your office prior to its expiration date. Accordingly, it is requested that you continue to list the Pittsburgh Naval Reactors Office as a registered user of the subject Certificate of Compliance in accordance with 49 CFR 173.393a.
