NRC Docket No. 50-289
Dear Mr. Bowers:
Enclosed are the Connerrmalth's responses to the first set of interrogatories from ANGRY.
Col. Henderson will rot be available to sign his affidavit until Tuesday, February 19.
However, you indicated in your conversation with me on February 13 that you muld appreciate receiving the Cvuuuumalth's answers to your interrogatories as soon as possible, even if all of the affidavits were not signed.
Therefore, we are sending you the unsigned affidavit now; and we will endeavor to obtain Col. Henderson's signature as soon as he returns to his office on Tuesday and send the signed affidavit to you under separate Cover.
Sonn of your interrogatories are requests for documents.
PD'A and the Bureau of Radiation Protection are now searching their files in response to your requests.
Their search should be conpleted next week.
Very truly yours, l0 YiQ Q. '
