PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTIES - $500 This is to inform the Commission that a Notice of Violation and Notice of Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars.will be issued on or about February 12, IS80, to Atomic Disposal Company, Incorprated.
This action is based on an item of noncompliance relating to the possession of radio-active waste for a period of time in excess of the six month limit authorized in the license.
A sicilar item of noncompliance was disclosed during a previous inspection.
A news release has been prepared and will be issued about the time the licensee receives the Notices. The State of Illinois will be informed.
It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action.
The schedule of issuance and notification is:
