Areas Inspected:
Shipping and receiving, storage and internal control, records and reports.
The inspection involved 31 inspector hours onsite by two regional based NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the three areas examined during the inspection except for the following item:

The licensee failed to submit the " measured discards and material unaccounted for" report for the month of May,_1979 within fifteen days after the end of May, 1979 (Deficiency).
