ORDER GRANTING STAFF'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME AND LEAVE TO FILE MOTION TO MODIFY SUBPOENA (February 26, 1980)
On February 25, 1980, the Staff filed a motion for an extension of time and leave to file its motion to modify a subpoena, which had been previously issued upon application of HL&P.
Good cause appearing, the Staff's motion is granted.
The Staff's motion to nodify the subpoena issued by the Board da February 1,1980, addressed to Keeper of Records, Transcomm, Inc., is filed instanter.
