Inspection on April 24-27, 1979 (Report No. 70-820/79-11)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced, physical protection inspection by regional based inspectors of the. licensee's implementation of the accepted Security Plan and 10 CFR 73.50,10 CFR 73.60, and 10 CFR 73.70 relative tr:
Physical Barriers; Access Controls; Keys, Locks, Combinations; Detection Aids; Central. Alarm and Cgmmunication System; Testing and Maintenance; SN'.
Protection; Records and Reports; Reports of Incidents. The inspection started during off-shif t hours'and involved 54 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Results: Of the nine areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were identified in seven areas.
Two items of noncompliance were identified in two areas (Infraction - central alarm system, Paragraph 7.a.; Infraction - maintenance of personnel search device, Paragraph 8.b.).
