RESPONSE TO NRC COMMENTS re SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAIN R AND QUALIFICATION PLAN FOR MORRIS OPERATION Gentlemen:
We have enclosed our responses (Encl. A) to your conments of June 18, 1979 regarding the security personnel training and qualification plan submitted by our letter of February 15, 1979.
These responses include discussion of items related to communi-cations and physical fitness of personnel that would not be appropriate in the plan.
Nease notice that an exception has been requested under item B.3.4.
We have also enclosed six copies of the plan revised in accordance with our comments (Encl.B).
When we receive your approval of the plan, it will be issued as Appendix B, Physical Security Plan -
Morris Operation, NEDS-14507C3.
The enclosures to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10CFR2.790(d.).
Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10CFR9.5 (a)(4), subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10CFR9.12.
For these reasons we request that the enclosures to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
