PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - MORRIS OPERATION, NEDS-14507C SEPTEMBER 1978; FACILITY MODIFICATIONS Gentlemen:
In compliance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Section 70.32(e), you are hereby notified of a facility modification performed at Morris Operation by General Electric and effective on July 23, 1979. This change is described in an attachment to this letter, with 10 copies provided. This modi-fication does n '_ decrease the effectiveness of the physical security plan for Morris Operation and therefore was not submitted for approval.
The enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10' 12.790(d.). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or f nancial information within the meaning of 10CFR9.5(a)(4), subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR9.12.
For these reasons we request that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
