Dear Lon:
Some time ago (around February 12, 1980), I received a telephone call from Peter Flynn indicating that the following persons would be called as fact witnesses by Houston Lighting & Power: Durham (CP&L), Hastings (PUB Browns-ville), Helyer (LCRA), Frank Meyer (PS0), Oprea (HL&P), Simmons (HL&P),
Peterson (Austin), S.E. Phillips (CSR Services), Watson (CSR Services),
.Poston (San Antonio), and Siegelin (CP&L). fty understanding is also that the expert witnesses, as previously designated by HL&P, have not changed.
I would appreciate your notifying me immediately if this listing is incom-plete or erroneous. Thank you very much.
