David B.

Fankhauser, the Applicant in the captioned pro-ceeding filed " Applicant's Renewed Motion for Summary Disposition, or in the Alternative, for Certification."

Inasmuch as resolution of the motion is necessary for Appli-cant to plan its presentation when hearings resume in this proceeding or to seek further review of the questions presented in that motion, it is requested that the Licensing Board advise the parties when it will rule on this matter.
