This letter is in response to your -etter to the NRC dated December 17, 1979

requesting that various segments

the above referenced report be deleted prior

to release to the Public Document Room, as it could negatively impact on your

Security Plan. We have reviewed this matter and inasmuch as the petition of Ms.

Fitzpatrick has already been made public, we do not concur that the release of

these segments of the report will have a negative impact on your Security Plan,

with the exception of the first paragraph on page 9 of the report.

In the

latter case, the paragraph in question will be del'ted prior to its release to

the Public Document Room.
