At the Second Special Prehearing Conference held on February 13,1980, the participants questioned the current status of Volume II of the Rogovin Report for the f1RC Three Mile Island Special Inquiry.

Since the Conference, the Staff has ascertained that the final version of Volume II is tentatively scheduled to be available either the first or second week of March. Whether any delay occurs depcnds upon whether the Special Inquiry Group completes the volume for printing on schedule.

Enclosed for your information in the interim is a copy of the Table of Contents of the draf t of Volume II.

Draft copies of Volume II are available in the local public document rooms. As soon as the final version of Volume II is available, the Staff will provide you with a copy.
