ORDER DENYING CONTINUANCE On February 19, 1980, the State of Illinois moved for a continuance of the Special Prehearing Conference from March 12 and 13, 1980 because its counsel would otherwise be preparing for two Nuclear Regulatory Commission hearings at the same time.
Because of the unavailability of an adequate hearing room, other partici-pants, or Board members for alternate dates until the middle of April, 1980, granting the motion would require an extended delay.
The motion for a continuance is denied.
