This is in response to your letter of July 18, 1979 which transmitted revised pages to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
We have reviewed the revised pages to the Pian and find them acceptable.
Accordingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-778 is hereby revised, effective ininediately, by revising existing License Condition 2.1 to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated July 1977 with the following revisions:
a.
new page 2.6 dated April 1978; b.
revised pages 3.8 and 4.2 dated November 1978; revised Chapters 3 and 4 with the exception of Item 4.2.4.3 c.
(bias correction) both dated August and October 1978; d.
revised pages 1.8, 7.1, and 7.4 dated June 1979; e.
revised page 5.1 dated August 1979; and as revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
Since the " shipping and receiving vault" has been eliminated, Chapter 2 of the Plan should be revised as soon as possible to reflect the fact that you have only one vault.

P r We have established that the attachment to your letter dated July 18, 1979 contains, information of a type sr,ecified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infonnation is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
