This letter confirms my telephone conversation with Mr. Ken Besecker in which Transnuclear, Inc. notified U.S.N.R.C. Region II as required in license condition five of enclosed LTport License ISBN-1698.

Pegase cask No. 3 contains thirty-six (36) irradiated fuel elercents and Pegase cask no. 4 contains 1 irradiated fuel element.

Both casks are scheduled to arrive at Portsmouth Marine 'Ibrminal, Portsmouth, Virginia on October 29, 1979.

The casks will be transported by Tri-State Motor Transit Ccopiny frcxn Portsmouth Marine Tenninal to:
