NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF REQUESTS FOR HEARING On October 8, 1979, Alan H. Kirshen and the Natural Resources Con:mittee of the Citizenc Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Area Planning Agency ("the Committee") each filed a request for hearing in response to a notice issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in this proceeding on August 30, 1979, r published at 44 Fed. Reg. 52387 on September 7, 1979.
Alan H.
Kirshen and the Coramittee hereby withdraw the requests for hearing previously filed.
It is understood that the Omaha Public Power District and the Commission's Regulatory Staf f have no objection to such withdrawal.
