This is the report for January, 1980 on the discovery status of Central and South West Corporation et al. ("CSW").

Attorneys for CSW participated in the depositions Locke, James Monahan, John Milford, Henry Manning, Steve Beard, Sam Phelps, Oscar Castillon, Robert Corder, Paul Heyer, Harold Marsh, Gene Harrison, Ross Segrest, Frank Meyer, Don Jordan, Robert McCuistion, George Oprea, Aaron Autry, Durwood Chalker, Merle Borchelt and the Keeper of the Records for Tri-County Electric Coop.

Also during the month of January, 1980 CSW received Texas Utilities Co. and its subsidiaries' ("TU")

Answer to Central Power and Light Company's Third Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents addressed to Texas Utilities Generating Company, et al.

("TUGCO"). CSW also received from Houston Lighting and Power Co. ("HL&P") documents produced in response to the NRC Staff's Third Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents together with a letter stating that the documents constituted the completion of production pursuant to the August 22, 1979 Request of Central and South West Corporation, et al. for Production of Documents.

  • Page 2 Attorneys for CSW inspected additional documents made available by TUGCO in response to CSW's August 22, 1979 Request for Production of Documents and requested that copies of all said documents be made and forwarded to them.

In addition, on January 24, 1980, CSW filed and served its Second Request for Production of Documents addressed to Houston Lighting and Power Company and its Second Request for Production of Documents addressed to Texas Utilities Generating Company.
