ORDER RELATIVE TO RESCHEDULING OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the prehearing conference scheduled for November 21, 1978, was cancelled.
In a conference call on November 21, 1978, the NRC Staff requested until December 15, 1978, for the filing of the response to Petitioners Amended Petition.
Petitioners had no objection but requested the opportunity to add one more contention on December 5, 1978.
Applicant requested until December 15, 1978, for response to the amended petition.
Due to the unique situation, all requests were granted by the Board.
The rescheduled prehearing conference will be on January 11, 1979.
There will be a subsequent order stating specifics.
