Please find enclosed Advance Premium and Standard Premium and Reserve Premium Endorsements for Calendar Year 1978 for our liability policies as requested in your letter of September 22, 1978.
The earlier endorsements to NF-193 and MF-94 will be submitted separately because of some confusion in your request which we are still trying to resolve. Would you please check your request and let me know if there wasn't an error in the rewuested endorsements for MF-94? Our latest endorsement is No.11 which is one of the two being submitted at this time.

a.
The word " companies" wherever used in the policy means the subscribing companies listed on the reverse side of this endorsement.
b.
The policy shall be binding on such companies only.
c.
Each such company shall be liable only for its proportion of any obligation assumed or expense incurred under the policy because of such bodily injury or property damage as designated on the reverse side of this endorsement.
3.
It is agreed that the effective period of this endorsement is from the beginning of the effective date of this endorsement stated below to the close of December 31st of the Calendar Year designated in the caption above, or to the time of the termination or cancellation of the policy, if sooner.
