Salzman, Esquire November 3, 1978 Page Two Your Order also requested that Applicants furnish any com-mittee reports explaining the new law that might have been issued by the Ohio Legislature.
As a general rule, the Ohio Legislature does not isque committee reports or other "legisla-tive history".
In this case, however, a brief staff analysis of Amended House Bill No. 577 was prepared by the Legislative Service Commission, and we have enclosed a copy of that document.
In addition, there do exist fairly extensive transcripts (in excess of 300 pages) of the various hearings held before the legislative committees on Amended House Bill No. 577.
Since this material was not requested, it is not included; however, we can make the referenced transcripts available to the Appeal Board if you so desire.
