While the plant was in a shutdeen and cooled dovn condition, i
- e. routine surveillance test vas conducted on the Eo. 3 Emer6ency Diesel Generator on December 27, 1972. Severa.1 ninutes after the test began
- e. rrdiator coolant bose reler.seo fro = a recirculating beater outlet connection. The diesel generator vas secured.
A hose clanp ve.e found to be loose. The boze vr.s reinstalled and the clanp tightened. The en6ine ve.s restarted and the surveillance tent concluded successfully.
