sgpg0 JAN 1719S0 ORDER DIRECTING CITIES OF ANAHEIM AND RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA TO ANSWER PGSE'S FOURTH SET OF IhTERROGATORIES (January 16, 1980)
By Order dated Novmber 9,1979, the Board denied the notion of Southern Cities for a protective order with respect to their objections to certain questions in PGSE's fourth set of interrogatories. Objections were therefore overruled as to Interrogatories 4(f), 6, 8 (c), 9(c), 12 (f), 13, 15 (c), 16 (c),
17, 23 and 62.
Southern Cities are directed to make full and responsive answers to these Interrogatories, as well as to any Interrogatories which were not the subject of.any motion for protective order, within 45 days fran service of a copy of this Order.
