qy7 ORDER DIRECTING WR 'IO ANSWER PG&E'S FIFTH SET OF INTERROGATORIES (January 16, 1980)
By Order entered November 9,1979, we denied the motion of DWR for a protective order regarding certain questions in PG&E's fifth set of interroga-tories. PG&E has also filed a motion to compel further answers to certain interrogatories which were not the subject of any motion for protective order.
The notion of PG&E is granted. DWR is directed to file full and responsive answers to the fifth set of interrogatories within 45 days fro:n service of this Order.
