INTERVENOR MCCORKLE'S RESPONSE TO THE BOARD'S ORDER OF DECEMBER 5,1979 Intervenor McCorkle responds to the Board's questions as follows:

1. Yes, I do.want to remain as a party intervenor.

-2. I wish to continue to pursue all of my contentions.'

3 I complied with the Board's Au6ust 27th Order to Compel. I have not I

complied with the October 5th Order because at that time I was working on the third set of interrogatories from Applicant. I received this Order (Oct. 5th) two days before the due date for answers. I also lack the tech-nical knowled 5e to answer many of these questions and am searching for an expert witness to answer them. If I cannot locate an expert witness, then I will withdraw these later contentions.

4. I will comply to the best of my ability with the Board's Orders.
