PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Dockets No. 50-282 and 50-306 In response to Item 6 of IE Bulletin 79-17, Revision 1, the following is offered:
Visual inspection required by Item 2(a) of the Bulletin was done for both units in November 1979.
Inspection required by Item 2(b) was completed on Unit 2 in December 1979. Visual inspection was done again for Unil 1 in December 1979 and will continue to be done monthly until the Item 2(b) in-spection is done this summer. The visual inspections were satisfactory; no corrective actions were necessary.
