Dear Mr. Grier:
Philadelphia Electric Company has reviewed IE Bulletin 79-25,
" Failure of Westinghouse BFD Relays in Safety Related Systems", sub-mitted with the subject letter received on November 6, 1979.
It has been determined that the Westinghouse Model BFD rela' is neither being used nor planned for use on any safety related systam at Liner *ck Generating Station.
