This license is amended to increase the quantity of Zircaloy-4 Trex tubes exported from 51,528 kilograms (kg) to a new cumulative total of 93,528 kg, starting from the issuance of the original license, XCOM1299; and to extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2018, to December 31, 2020.

This license authorizes the export of Zircaloy-4 Trex tubes to China via Canada for use at the Third Qinshan Nuclear Fuel Co., Qinshan CANDU reactor project.

This license is reissued to include the following condition:

CONDITION: A license amendment is required for the addition of intermediate consignees not listed on this export license.

Neither this license nor any right under this license shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974.

This license is subject to the right of recapture or control by Section 108 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and to all the other provisions of said Acts, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid rules and regulations of the NRC.
