Rausch of your office of a potentially reportable deficiency at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station construction site.
The deficiency concerns several PCCC mounted instruments not purchased according to nuclear safety related requirements.
Ve are currently investigating this matter and will report our findings to you by February 29, 1980.
