Dear Mr. Keppler:

In accordance with your request, the following has been prepared as a response to IE Bulletin 79-25, " Failures of Westinghouse BFD Relays in Safety-Related Systems." The Westinghouse relays mentioned in this Bulletin are not planned for use in safety-related systems at our facility. We conclude, therefore, that this Bulletin is not applicable to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Project.
