Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 Ncnroutine 7-Day Environmental Report 75-Oh In accordance with 5.6.2b (3&h) of the Environmental Technical Specifi;aticus for our Three !!ile Island Nuclear St stion Unit 1 (TMI-1), we are submitting notification of a measured level cf radicactive material which exceeded ten and four times the control station value for a nonthly ecmposite of veekly grab sa=ples representing the period October h through November 1, 1975 We would like to point out that the level of radioactivity associated with these samples was approximately 1/1000 of the Maximum Permissible Concentration linit stated in 10CFR20 for members of the public. Hence, at no time was the health and safety of the uublic threatened by the radiological condition of the river as indicated by these sanules. Please note that as discussed on December 31, 1975, in a telephone conversation between Mr. Lee Spessard (URC) and Mr. Courtney S=yth (Met-Ed) this reporc is two (2) days late.
