Operating License No. DFR-50 Event Report 76-Oh/hL In accordance with Section 5.6.2.b.h of the Environmental Technical Specifications for our Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 (TMI-1),
we are submitting notification of a measured level of radioactive material which exceeded four times the control station value for samples collected on October 23, 1975 and reported to Met-Ed on December 19, 1975 We would like to point out that the total body dose associated with these samples is less than 0.083 mrem per year to the =aximum hypothetical individual, and that at no time was the health and safety of the public threatened by the radiolocical condition of the river as indicated by this sample.
