Pursuant to the Board's Order of September 13, 1973, I am making distribution this date of Applicants' Prepared Testimony in contemplation of a November 5,1973 commence-JUent of hearing in the subject proceeding.
Not included in the enclosed materials is Applicants' written testimony concerning the TMI Industrial Security Plan.
Distribution of this testimony, which is confidential, is being made separately this date to members of the Board and AEC Staff Counsel.
Counsel for Intervenors will receive a copy after execution of a suitable protective agreement which I anticipate presenting to him-tomorrow.
