Dear Ms. Southard:
i This responds to your letter of January 22,1976 inquiring about the I
installation of an 18,000 CPM charcoal kidney filter system pursuant to a stipulation entered into by all the parties on November 7,1973.
On January 28,1976, the Licensee advised the NRC Staff that the above mentioned filter system would be installed during the refueling outage scheduled for February,1976.
