ORDER on July 2, 1979 the Commission issued an Order direc: ting that this facility remain in a shutdown condition pending i
further order of the Commission itself permitting restart.
It provided that it would also issue an order within thirty (30) days specifying in detail the basis for its concen s, and the procedures to govern further proceedings in this matter.
The Commission has not yet completed resolution.of all of the legal and technical issues involved.
Accordingly,
the-Commission extends the period of time in which to issue that order until Friday, August 10, 1979.
