Wednesday, September 04, 2019 9:06:26 AM I have confirmed with NMSS that Passport Systems, reporting as YSI last reconciled their inventory in NMMSS for the period ending 12/31/2018. Last month YSI submitted a transaction to ship all of the enriched uranium to Sensor Concepts and Application, Inc. (ZNM). NMMSS still shows that YSI currently has 2 Kg of government-owned natural uranium (material type 81) in their inventory. YSI would need to remove this material from the site and report the transaction to NMMSS to achieve a zero inventory balance.

Passport Systems Inc reports under reporting identification symbol (RIS) YSI. Sensor Concepts reports using ZNM.
I want to make sure I understand the request. Do you want to confirm that Passport Systems updated their information with NMMSS to reflect a corporate change (Sensor Concepts ownership) or are you looking to confirm a material transaction (example:
Passport Systems physically transferred material to Sensor Concepts)? Im asking for clarification since you mention license termination. Typically before a license is terminated, NMMSS will provide verification that the RIS account has zero material reported in their inventory. I can request the current material balance for Passport Systems if that will fulfill your inquiry.

Hi Ty -
I assume there are two separate reporting identification symbols (RIS) since there are different SNM licenses?
Im ccing the NMMSS folks in MCAB, but the licensee is responsible for contacting NMMSS to confirm that the company info and contact info for their RISs is correct or update the info for their RISs as necessary.

Hi Suzanne, I have recent notification that the SNM that Passport Systems, Inc (07007022) was picked up by Sensor Concepts and Applications (07007020). I wanted to make sure that was reflected in NMMSS). This is the first step they are taking towards termination of the license. Can you confirm? Thanks, and happy football season.
