Dear Mr. Rouse:
Supplementary to my letter of January 2, 1979, we wish to change it as follows. Af ter discussions between Mr. Crow of your office and Jack Hind of Region III, we have determined that no further increase in the possession limit for license SNM 928 is necessary, conversely, we request you reduce this possession limit. There-fore, would you please change paragraph 8 to read " maximum amount that license may possess at any one time under this license is 2.0 kg U235".
