This refers to your application dated February 3,1978, requesting approval to deliver the Model No. BL-33-90 packaging to a carrier for transport.
As of this date, you have failed to provide the information requested in our letter of May 5,1978; therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.108, Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, application for approval of the Model No. BL-33-90 shipping package is denied.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.103, you may request a hearing with respect to this denial within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
